摘　　要：　心理健康教育是中小学教育的重要组成部分,是中小学生心理健康发展之必需。而中小学心理健康教育的关键问题是教师的素质与能力问题。师范院校必须重视对未来教师进行心理健康教育,提高他们的心理健康教育素质与能力,为中小学心理健康教育培养合格师资。The mental health education is an important component part in the education of middle and primary schools and it is essential to the development of mental health for the middle and primary school students. But its crux of the matter is teachers quality and ability. So a teachers college should emphasize to carry on the mental health education to the future teachers, improve their quality and ability of the mental health education and cultivate the qualified teachers for the mental health education in the middle and primary schools.
