摘　　要：高校德育环境的日趋复杂使优化高校隐性德育作用机制日显重要。本文首先对隐性德育及其作用机制作出界定,然后就如何构建高效、优良的高校隐性德育作用机制提出了观点和设想。The increasing complexity of moral education atmosphere in colleges and universities makes it even more important to better the function mechanism of potential education. This article first defines the potential and its function mechanism , then expounds the necessity of improving it, and at last, puts forward some ideas and assumption on how to make it efficient and excellent.
