摘  要:随着教育信息化的发展,作为教学设计者的中小学教师必须具备较高的信息素养。中小学教师信息素养的内涵特征包括:信息观念素养、信息知识素养、信息能力素养和信息伦理素养。中小学教师信息素养的培养策略包括:更新教师教育观念,使其树立信息意识;加强师资培训;改革高等师范院校专业、课程设置,提高师范生的信息素养;加强中小学信息基础设施建设等。With the development of educational information, as the designers of teaching, the teachers in elementary and secondary schools have to possess higher information literacy which includes information sense, information knowledge, information ability and information ethics. Its training tactics include: renewing teachers' educational sense,establishing their information consciousness,strengthening the training of teachers, reforming the majors and courses offered in normal universities,improving students' information literacy in teachers universities and strengthening the construction of information basic facilities in elementary and secondary schools.
