摘　　要：学科建设是高等学校发展的关键,作为新兴本科院校的盐城工学院,学科建设工作尤显迫切。在对盐城工学院学科建设现状分析的基础上,借鉴有关院校学科建设的成功经验提出了几点对策。Discipline building is one of the key issues in the development of institutions of higher learning. In a newly- established institute like ours, discipline building is particularly pressing important and heavy. Based on the analysis of the current state of discipline building in our institute and the successful experience of other colleges and universities, this paper suggests some strategies to deal with the issue.
