摘　　要：本文综合论述了在啤酒生产中使用的加工助剂和食品添加剂的种类、使用目的 。This article reviews the variety of process aids and additives used in the brewing industry. And the purpose of using these chemicals is talked here. It also discusses the regulations of using additives and process aids in the beer making.
