摘　　要：文章以广东工程职业技术学院教学质量监控和教学评价工作实践为依据,结合国内外高职院校教育教学监控与评价体系的构建理论与实践建设的相关经验,详细的分析了当前高职院校教学质量监控和教学评价体系构建与发展中存在的问题及体系构建应遵循的原则,从而提出更为完整的质量监控和教学质量评价体系的基本框架,以推进高职院校系统化的发展。Guangdong Vocational and Technical College of Engineering teaching quality monitoring and evaluation of teaching practice as the basis,combined with relevant experience to build the theory and practice of domestic and foreign construction education monitoring and evaluation system of colleges,a detailed analysis of the current vocational teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system of teaching institutions exist to build and development issues and system construction principles should be followed in order to raise the quality of the basic framework of a more complete monitoring and evaluation system of teaching quality in order to promote a systematic vocational colleges development of.
