基于教育质量的高师教育实习新模式

摘　　要：基于质量的高师教育实习新模式是新世纪实践教学改革的产物,它的结构由体验性实习、反思性实习、研究性实习等阶段构成,它的功能涵盖了教师职业技能、教育教学研究能力和就业应聘能力培养等要素。与我国现行的传统教育实习模式相比,它时间充足、内涵丰富、形式多样、循序渐进、主体作用得到强化,体现了实践教学发展的质量观,具有时代意义和推广应用价值。The new model of quality-oriented teaching practice in this article is the product of practical teaching reform in the new century and it consists of experiential,reflective and research-based teaching practice.It has many factors including cultivation of teachers' professional skills,research ability and quality preparation for being employed.Compared with the current traditional teaching practice model,it is featured by sufficient time,rich content,diverse forms,gradual progress and emphasis of student-orientation.This model is quality-based and up-to-date.Wide application of this model should be carried out in normal schools.
