摘　　要：阐述了我校面对大众化趋势进行的实践探索即 :建立一支充满活力的多种成份教师队伍 ;推进教学内容和课程体系改革 ;革新教学方法和教学手段 ;加强临床教学基地的建设 ;This paper analyses the problems in high education and introduces the practice in the First Medical University of PLA:establishing a group of qualified and enthusiastic teachers;boosting the curricular reform;renovating teaching skills;reinforcing construction of clinic teaching base;and irnproving the educational equipment.
