摘　　要：作为战后日本高等教育机构另一轨的“高等专门学校”制度已步入“不惑之年”,探究作为战后日本高等技术教育制度奠基的高等专门学校制度的创建、变革、趋向,期盼在归纳总结40年来日本以高等专门学校为主轴的高等技术教育发展轨迹的同时,为构建我国高等职业技术教育培训体系提供若干借鉴与思考。Higher specialized schools as a part of postwar higher educational institution in Japan have been built for40years.The probe into the establisbment ,the reform and the trend of higher spe-cialized schools which act as the basis of higher technical educational institution in Japan,can provide a reference for the training system of higher technical education in china,while we review on the develop-ing track of higher technical education in Japan.
