摘　　要：提高国民素质 ,是近百年来思想家、教育家关注的问题与追求的目标。上个世纪的 2 0年代 ,杨贤江“全人生指导”的思想与实践 。For over a centu ry, educationalists and philosophers have been aiming at improving the populatio n quality in China. In 1920s, Yang Xianjiang proposed the educational theory and practice in relation to lifelong guidance, which may serve as the foundatio n to establish Chinese theoretical system of quality education, and the national educational system.
