摘　　要：人力资源短缺是制约武汉制造业发展“瓶颈”。振兴武汉制造业不仅需要数量庞大的技术工人队伍,而且对技术工人的质量和结构提出新要求。产业兴、职教兴,职教兴、产业兴。面向武汉制造业,大力发展职业教育,要从宏观上加大政策扶持力度,为职业教育营造良好氛围;同时要深化改革,改变职业教育的人才培养模式。The manufacturing industry of Wuhan is restricted by the lack of human resources.To rejunevate the manufacturing industry, a numerous skilled workers of high-quality and good-structure are necessary .The manufacturing industry has a direct bearing on vocational education.In order to promote the development of manufacturing industry.we must create good surroundings and change the models of talent fostering of vocational education.
