高等职业教育教师的现代角色观念研究

摘　　要：本文在对高等职业教育发展的新的时代性特征分析的基础上 ,提出了高等职业教育教师的新的观念和角色要求 ,并就此阐述了在新的时代要求下应有的新认识和对一些传统观念的重新分析、理解 ,从教师岗位认识、个性教育要求和新时代下的新型师生关系问题上 。After analysing the characteristic of higher vocational education in modern times,the author puts forward his new concept that the teachers in higher vocational education should play new roles.This article also expounds that in monderntimes,the teachers should have new concepts and should analyse some traditional concepts again and understand the teaching post.At college,new relationship between teachers and students should be established and thus the writer solves the problem of how the teachers in higher vocational aducation should play their roles well.
