摘　　要：为提高浓香型酒质量 ,该公司在大力加强人员培训、强化管理基础上 ,通过改进窖泥生产、调整用曲及其它工艺参数 ,优质品率由不足 2 0 %提高至 32 %。To improve the quality of Luzhou-flavor Daqu Liquor of Yunmenchun,on a basis of greatly enhancing its personnel's training and strengthening management,the corporation has increased the high-quality rate from less 20% to 32% with improving the producition of pit mud and adjusting the use of Daqu and other technologic parametes.
