摘　　要：本文讨论了实反对称矩阵特征多项式、特征值的性质 。the properties of the characteristic polynomals and eigenvalues of the real anti -symmetric matrices are investigated. An algorithm to determine the number of ei genvalues in [a,b) is presented.[WTHZ]
