摘 要:我国高等教育评价正如火如荼,从其全过程来看都属于形成性评价。它不仅对评价客体起到了诊断、督促、激励的作用,使评价的主体和客体都获得了全面而广泛的信息,而更重要的是如何利用各种信息,改进工作,提高教育教学质量。因为得到一个评价意见或结论本身并不是目的,目的是提高教学质量,所以评价客体在评价过程中利用各种信息进行科学决策,从而实现评价的导向功能,才是教育评价的目的所在。本文就教育评价的导向功能,实现途径进行初步的探讨。Evaluation of higher education is under way like a raging fire,and in view of the whole process it comes within the category of forming evaluation.It acts on the object evaluated through diagnoses,supervising and inspiring,hence enabling the subject and object in evaluation to gain wider and more comprehensive information,and significantly rendering their knowledge of how to employ various sorts of message to better their performance and promote their teaching and educating quality.Since collection of an opinion from evaluation or a conclusion itself should not be the purpose but the aim to upgrade teaching quality,it is for the object evaluated to utilize all sorts of information to make scientific decisions in the evaluation process, thus,to realize the guiding function of evaluation for which the educational evaluation strives.This paper makes preliminary investigation into the guiding function of educational evaluation and some approaches to its realization.
