摘　　要：高校艺术素质教育与校园文化建设相互结合,可共同提高高校的育人效应;构建文化艺术素质教育与校园文化建设的管理框架,应抓住优化内结构,强化外结构,新化联接销三点关键;积极探索,不断优化文化艺术素质教育与校园文化建设的有效途径和方式方法。The combination of cultural and artistic quality education with campus culture construction can jointly improve the educative effect of universities. Building the management frame of them focuses on three key points such as optimizing inner structure, enhancing outer one and making a new joint bolt of them, so as to, through active exploration, constantly optimize the effective approaches and ways to cultural and artistic quality education and campus culture construction.
