摘　　要：　创新教育作为一种发展的教育理念,一种新型的教育模式,随着时代的进步、社会的发展和知识经济的到来而产生。重点阐述了创新教育的特征与创新人才的培养及实施创新教育的途径。Innovation education, as a developing educational ideology and a new educational model, comes into being as the development of our society and knowledge economy. This paper expounds the features of innovation education, the cultivation of innovational personnel and the way to put it into practice.
