摘  要:提高教学质量是高等教育永恒的主题。随着中国加入WTO和经济全球化的深入,社会对大学生素质的要求不断提高。在新形势下,如何通过提高教学质量,培养高素质的人才,成为高等院校亟需研究解决的一个重要课题。近几年来,山东财政学院国际经济系从高等教育要与国际接轨、人才培养要符合社会发展的要求出发,初步探索出了一条提高教学质量的新模式,即教学全面质量管理。As China becomes a member of the WTO and economic globalization develops, how to improve education quality becomes an important issue facing higher education institutions. In this regard, the International Economics Department of Shandong Finance Institute has found a new approach, that is to practice total quality control of teaching and learning. Following the development of this economics discipline, and with a aim to raise students' spirit and ability of innovation, the approach calls for quality control of both teaching and learning processes, which covers all staff members and all areas of work such as the selection of courses, contents of teaching and results appraisal. Its main features include comprehensive educational factors, scientific teaching contents, effective teaching methods, shared responsibility, sustained control, dynamic evaluation system, multilateral orientations and student self-administration.
