摘　　要：PBL教学法是现阶段我国医学基础学科重点采用的教学法。结合我校药理学PBL教学的经验,对PBL教学过程中的教师的定位、教师观念的转变、教师的职责、教师对教学效果的评价以及教师的创新和自我提高等方面进行了详细阐述,旨在为成为一名优秀的药理学PBL教学的导师而提供新视角。PBL has become a top method in the teaching of medical foundational courses. Based on the experiences of using PBL gained in the teaching of pharmacology,this paper exams the aspects such as the teacher's role,change of teacher's opinion,teacher's responsibility,the teacher's evaluation of the effects of the teaching,and innovation and self-improvement of the teacher.
