摘　　要：SECI知识转化模型较好地描述了企业知识的增长过程,在这个增长过程中,企业增长的不仅仅是人力资源,而且其人文资源也能得到增加,对企业核心竞争力的形成具有十分重要的作用。The transformation of SECI knowledge has satisfactorily described the increasing process of enterprice’s knowledge. During the increase, a business has increased not only human resource but also humanistic resource, which is of great importance to form core competitiveness of a business.
