摘 要:教育改革伦理规范是统率教育改革的善恶准则体系,蕴含着教育的伦理本性和时代的伦理精神,是衡量教育改革的基本善恶标准,体现了对现代教育发展理念的追求。教育改革伦理规范具有评价与鉴定、崇善的导向性、整合与调控等功能,能对教育改革实行有效的统率、指引和规约。遵守教育改革伦理规范有利于提高教育改革的道德进步性。Ethic norms in the educational reforms are standard systems guiding the right and wrong in the reforms. They sustain ethic narture in education and an ethic spirit of time; they are the basic standards about the right and wrong to measure educational reforms; they reflect a pursuit for a developmental view in modern education. Ethic norms in the educational reforms, possessed with an instructiveness of evaluation and assessment, worship of goodness, and functions of integration and regulation, etc, are able to effectively command, instruct and regulate educational reforms. It is beneficial for the enhancement of moral progressiveness in the reforms if we observe these ethic norms.
