摘　　要：新世纪 ,社会经济的发展 ,终身教育体系和学习化社会的建立 ,高校继续教育的发展 ,迫切要求高校非学历教育快速发展 ,而管理模式的改革创新是促进高校非学历教育发展的主要途径 。In the new century, with the development of the social economy and continuing education of higher colleges,the establishment of the lifelong education system and the leaning society require imperatively the nonacademic credential education of higher colleges to develop fast. But the main road to promote the development of nonacademic credential education is the reform and innovation of the administration pattern, so probing the innovation of the administration pattern becomes the most urgent assignment for the development of higher college nonacademic credential education.
