上海卫生高等职业教育的现状及发展思考

摘　　要：近几年来 ,上海医药卫生类高职教育在办学规模和专业设置上有了较快发展。为了确保教学质量 ,主要由高等学校独立设置的二级学院 (高等技术学院 )和上海职工医学院举办。今后上海卫生高职教育的发展 ,必须符合上海社会、经济发展的实际 ;在办学层次上应合理安排研究生、本科、专科三个层次的比例 ;在专业发展方向上应在为医疗卫生单位培养高职人才的同时 ,也为社会其他行业与卫生保健相关的技术岗位培养高职人才 ;应加强师资队伍和教材建设。卫生类高职教育还需要有关政策的支持。The health-related vocational education in Shanghai has been fast developing in recent years, including the number of the students and the setting of disciplinary. The vocational training, to ensure a sound teaching quality, is mostly supported by the secondary-level colleges of higher learning institutions (otherwise the vocational colleges) and Shanghai Labor's Medical College. The development of health-related vocational education in Shanghai must catch up with the social and economic development of Shanghai. Three levels of education such as post-graduated program, bachelor's degree program and 3-year diploma program must be arranged reasonably. Vocational education in Shanghai should aim to cultivate professionals not only for the healthcare circles, but also for other lines related to healthcare. Meanwhile, it should not neglect the development in teaching faculties and materials. All in all, the health-related vocational education needs much support from involved policy-makers.
