摘　　要：本文较系统地介绍和分析了赫胥黎关于完全人的教育理论 ,认为赫氏的完全人理论的核心就是强调科学教育与人文教育的结合 ,从而达到科学精神与人文精神在个体心灵上的融合。文章的最后分析了赫胥黎培养完全人的方法 。This paper presents a systematic introduction and analysis of the educational theory of perfect man by Huxley. It holds that the core of perfect man theory is putting stress on the combination of scientific education with humanistic education so as to integrate the scientific spirit with humanistic spirit in the individual soul. The last part of the paper has analyzed the approaches put forward by Huxley to the cultivation of perfect man, which should inspire the teaching reforms in colleges and universities of China.
