摘　　要：教育实习是高职师范院校实现培养目标的一个重要教学环节,教育实习基地选择与建设是教育实习质量的重要保证,采用科学方法选择教育实习基地对高职师范院校实现培养目标具有重要意义。Teaching practice is an important link of teacher education to achieve the training aim of the teachers'colleges of higher vocational education.The choice and construction of the teaching practice bases are the quality guarantee of teaching practice.To adopt scientific methods to choose teaching practice bases is significant for vocational teachers'colleges to achieve their training aim.
