摘　　要：师范性是教师教育的特点与要求。中学继续教育培训中突出师范性,应从设置优化合理的课程体系,建设高素质高能力的师资队伍,创设良好的人文环境几个方面入手。The nature of teacher-training is the characteristics and the requirement for teacher-training. In the continuation education of the middle school teachers, the nature of teacher-training should be much valued by establishing optimizing and rational course system, building a faculty team with high qualification and ability, and creating a good humanity environment.
