摘　　要：学校是育人的重要阵地,必须按照先进文化的前进方向,加强校园文化建设。本文对校园文化的功能及任务作了具体的阐述,并指出校园文化建设的基本途径是:课堂文化与课外文化建设相结合;思想道德教育与制度管理相结合;团队精神培育与教风学风建设相结合;创优活动与创建活动相结合;领导干部模范带头与师生员工积极参与相结合。School is the place for cultivating people. We should strengthen the construction of campus culture in the light of the orientation of advanced culture. This article discusses in detail the function and task of campus culture, and presents the ways to construct the campus culture. They are: to combine the construction of inside class culture with outside class culture; to integrate the ideological moral education with the system management; to link the cultivation of team spirit with the construction of the style of teaching and style of study; to unit the activity of building an excellent school after an assessment to the activity of building a unite with civility and last the leaders should set an example, while the staff and faculty should actively participate.
