摘　　要：速冻装置料口跑冷是速冻行业面临的普遍问题。分析了改善料口跑冷的方法,并在螺旋式速冻装置上进行了改进试验研究,结果表明:对速冻装置料口进行内部隔断,可以有效改善料口处的冷气外泄,达到节能效果。The energy loss at the entrance and exit of the quick-freezing equipment due to loss of cold-air is a big problem in the frozen-food industry. The energy saving of the spiral quick freezing equipment was improved by separating the entrance and exit during installation of the equipment based on a study of the position of entrance and exit of the equipment.
