职业培训在职业教育体系中的定位

摘　　要：当前，职业教育发展必须突破正规学历教育制度的局限，大力开展职业培训，认清和正确确立职业培训在职业教育体系中的定位；制定长短并行的学制模式，面向社会举办优势专业的非学历教育，积极争取职业培训和继续教育的市场份额；重新界定学校职业教育“学生”的概念，坚持学历教育与长、短期培训并重，把举办各种形式的职业培训作为开拓职业教育发展新空间的重要举措并放到重要位置上来，以促进职业教育健康、高效、快速地可持续发展。The development of vocational education must breakthrough the limitation of regular system of record of schooling education, develop professional training, extablish properly the position of professional training in vocational education system, lay down short-term and long-term pattern of educational system, run specialities of non-record of schooling facing society, strive for the share in the market of professional training and further education, definite the concept of studnent in vocational school, emphasize both record of schooling education and long-term and short-term training put running various professional training in the important position to promote vocational education to develop healthily, rapidly and effectively.
