摘　　要：经过研制在啤酒生产中按 3 %～ 4%的比例加入处理后的仙人掌汁 ,制成仙人掌保健啤酒。这种保健啤酒具有独特的抗癌、降脂、降糖、降压及减肥功效 。an optuntia dillenii haw beer was studied with nutrition and healthcare function,the addition level of an optuntia dillenii haw was 3%～4%The beer was popularized by people for the most important health effective which anti-cancer,decrease serum lipids and glucose lipids and blood pressure,lose weight.
