摘　　要：随着消费者对食品消费要求的不断提高和不安全食品危害事件的频繁发生 ,农产品质量安全管理已日益受到产业界、政府和学术界的关注。由于食品安全管理涉及到多方面、多环节、多层次和多领域的问题 ,再加上我国食品质量安全研究起步较晚 ,我国食品安全管理问题就显得特别复杂 ,为了推进我国食品安全管理问题的研究 ,尽快构建我国食品安全管理体系 ,现将国内外学者从不同角度对食品安全问题的研究加以整理 ,并作评述。With the changes of consumer demand and the frequent happening of food hazardous issues in both domestic and abroad,agri-food safety administration received much attention.Research of food safety administration is just at its beginning in China. To promote food safety administration research and its development,and to construct the standard national food safety administration system according to international standards and market demand,this paper reviews the food safety studies and its original quality in domestic and abroad from four perspectives of connotation,characteristics and policy applications,analysis of consumer and producer in food safety administration and government administration. Remarks based on domestic facts are also forwarded
