摘　　要：从现行中学生物课程改革面临的问题出发,探讨了对中学生物教师进行培训的必要性,对培训内容及其实施效果进行分析,最后提出师范院校对中学生物教师进行培训的具体实施意见。The possibity of training middle school biological teachers were discussed from the problems that the current middle school biological course reform.The training contents and effects were analyzed. The specific advices were proposed for training middle school teachers.
