试论素质教育对高校“两课”教师的新要求

摘　　要：高校实施素质教育是时代发展的必然要求。高校"两课"教师作为大学生思想政治理论课和品德修养课的承担者,是高校实施素质教育的主体和关键。主要从思想政治、知识结构、教学方法、大学生管理、社会实践等方面阐述了素质教育对高校"两课"教师素质的新要求。The quality-oriented education in colleges is the necessary requirement of development at present. The 'two-lesson' teachers, as the workers of the political theory and moral character lessons for college students, are the principal part for carrying out the quality-oriented education in colleges. This thesis expounds that the quality-oriented education proposes the new requirement of college on the aspect of the ideology politics, structure of knowledge, the teaching method, student management and social practice and so on.
