德国职业教育体系面临的挑战和变革

摘　　要：二十世纪九十年代以来,东西德合并、经济的全球化、从以生产为基础转为大力提高生产率、欧盟移民以及德国内部教师和学生人数的变更等,都对德国的职业培训体系提出了新的挑战。为应对这些挑战,德国职业教育界做出了一系列结构上的调整,尽管这些举措使一大批年轻人受益,但并未从根本上彻底解决职业体系所面临的挑战,尤其是更准确地针对经济发展的需要进行相应的培训。在此,作者对整个体系中职业概念的持续相关性提出质疑,以期引出对深层结构改革的大讨论。The German vocational system has faced significant challenges since 1990. To cater for the challenges, the vocational system has made corresponding structural responses in various fields. While these efforts have benefited a large number of young people, the author contends that they have not completely addressed the challenge in the system, especially the need to more accurately project economic needs and then train accordingly. The author questioned the continued relevance of the Berufskonzept for the system as a whole and open on a deeper structural level.
