摘  要:随着素质教育的发展,高校在本科阶段开始实施导师制。导师制的实施有利于创新人才的培养,发展学生的自主性。在大学英语教育中实施导师制,既可以帮助学生转变学习观念,做到因材施教,又能注重学生的情感因素,促进全人发展。With the development of quality education, universities begin to implement tutorial system for the undergraduates. The implementation of tutorial system is helpful for developing learner autonomy as well as fostering their creativity. To implement tutorial system for the English majors can not only help them change their view of English learning and teach them in accordance with their aptitud, and in the meantime, the students' affective factors can also be focused on in order to achieve whole-person education.
