摘　　要：在职干警培训是提高警察素质的重要举措,课堂教学对于保证培训质量十分重要,文章以提高课堂吸引力为基础,根据教学内容和教学方法,讨论了提高课堂教学吸引力的基本途径并对授课教师提出了一些要求。提高课堂教学的吸引力需要教师积极的投入。The training of policemen at their posts is the important measures of improving policemen's qualities. The classroom teaching is very important to ensure the training quality. This article discusses the basic channels of improving the attraction of classroom teaching according to the teaching contents and teaching ways on the basis of the improvement of the attraction of classroom teaching, and put forward some requirements to the appointed teachers. The attraction improvement of classroom teaching needs the teachers to put in a lot of hard work actively.
