摘　　要：本文讨论在线性流形上广义反对称矩阵的最佳逼近 。This paper discusses the optimal approximation to generalized centro-anti-symmetric matrices o n a linear manifold.The general expression of the solution to the problem is given.In addition,in corresponding solution set of the problem,the explicit expression of the the nearest matrix to a given matrix in the Frobenius norm have been derived.
