摘 要:保持积极乐观的态度对英语学习中产生的焦虑具有缓解作用,并有利于自身能力的充分发挥,从而促进英语语言能力的发展。而英语专业学生作为大学生中专业学习英语的群体,对英语写作焦虑的处理和应对关系到他们自身的专业发展。本文梳理了英语写作焦虑的概念及表现,从英语语言能力、写作自我效能感、评价反馈、教学模式四个角度分析引起英语专业学生英语写作焦虑的原因,进而基于积极心理学的视角提出应对英语专业学生英语写作焦虑的策略,包括充分利用自身优势,强化英语语言能力;激发内在的学习动力,增强写作自我效能感;正确看待评价反馈,增强自我反省能力;创新教学方法,塑造良好环境。Keeping a positive and optimistic attitude can alleviate the anxiety in English learning, and is conducive to the full play of one’s own ability, so as to promote the development of English language ability. As a group of college students majoring in English, how English majors deal with English writing anxiety is related to their own professional development. This paper reviews the concept and performance of English writing anxiety, analyzes the causes of English writing anxiety of English majors from the perspectives of English language ability, writing self-efficacy, evaluation feedback and teaching mode, and then proposes strategies to deal with English writing anxiety of English majors from the perspective of positive psychology, including making full use of their own advantages and strengthening their English language ability, stimulating the intrinsic learning motivation and enhancing the writing self-efficacy;treating the evaluation feedback correctly and enhancing the ability of self-reflection;innovating teaching methods to create a good environment.
