高校工会促进师德建设的实效性研究—以青年教师基本功大赛为例

摘　　要：高校工会是高校师德建设的主力之一,高校工会应充分利用青年教师教学基本功比赛这个平台,采取以点带动面的发展方式,不断完善青年教师教学基本功比赛的方案设计,采取引导、鼓励的正向方式促进高校师德建设。同时高校工会应总结经验,借鉴青年教师教学基本功比赛的成功模式,建立多样化的师德建设平台。College labor union is one of the main forces on construction of teacher morality. College labor union should take advantage of the platform of young teachers’ basic teaching skills competition, and take the point to develop the surface. The union should improve the program design of young teachers’ basic teaching skills competition, and take the positive way of guiding and encouraging to promote the construction of teachers’ morality. At the same time, the union should sum up the experience, learn from the successful mode of young teachers’ basic teaching skills competition, and build diverse platforms for teacher morality construction.
