摘　　要：通过分析美国企业培训师资格认证制度在主体、内容设计、实施、考核等方面的特点,结合中国国情,针对我国职业培训师认证与培训提出若干建议,以更有效地保证我国职业教育质量。Based on analysis of the characteristics of enterprise training teacher qualification certification sys-tem of the USA regard on subject, content design, implementation and evaluation, this paper has fi-nally given certain revelatory suggestion on vocational trainer qualification certification system of China and focused on the more effective guaranteed quality of vocational education development, based on combination with current situation of China.
