摘　　要：碳水化合物是一类具有不同性质的异质化合物,尽管犬猫对于碳水化合物没有营养方面的需求,但碳水化合物是宠物食品加工过程中起重要作用的功能性成分,其中淀粉是葡萄糖的重要膳食来源,膳食纤维具有多种生理特性,有助于肠道健康和调节微生物群。本文综述了犬猫碳水化合物营养的研究进展,旨在为合理调整粮食中碳水化合物的组成和比例、提高犬猫健康水平提供参考。Carbohydrates are a class of heterogeneous compounds with different properties. Dogs and cats have no nutritional needs for carbohydrates, but carbohydrates are functional ingredients that play an important role in the processing of pet food, among which starch is an important dietary source of glucose, and dietary fiber has a wide range of physiological properties contributing to intestinal health and regulation of the microbiota. This article reviews the research progress on carbohydrate nutrition of dogs and cats, aiming to provide a reference for reasonably adjusting the composition and proportion of carbohydrates in food and improving the health level of dogs and cats.
