目的论指导下的俄汉商务合同翻译浅析

摘　　要：一带一路倡议提出后,中国与一带一路沿线各俄语国家的联系交流日益密切。随着经济发展和对外开放的扩大,越来越多的中国企业走出国门,扩大海外投资和经营,与俄语国家建立业务联系。商务合同是跨国商务合作的基础,做好跨国商务合同的俄汉翻译工作,有利于推动中国与俄语国家的经济贸易发展。笔者认为,以目的论为指导,将翻译行为的目的放在首位,并结合目的、连贯、忠实三大原则开展俄汉商务合同翻译实践,能够得到优秀的汉语合同译文。After the Belt and Road Initiative was put forward, China’s ties and exchanges with various Rus-sian-speaking countries along the Belt and Road have become increasingly close. With the expan-sion of economic development and opening up to the outside world, more and more Chinese enter-prises are going out of the country, expanding overseas investment and operation, and establishing business contacts with Russian-speaking countries. Business contracts are the basis of transnation-al business cooperation, and a good translation of transnational business contracts into Russian and Chinese is conducive to promoting the economic and trade development between China and Rus-sian-speaking countries. Taking the theory of purpose as the guide, putting the Skopos rule in the first place, and combining the three principles of Skopos rules, coherence rule and fidelity rule to carry out the practice of translating Russian-Chinese business contracts can get excellent transla-tions in Chinese.
