摘 要:领导风格是有效激发员工创新行为的关键外部因素之一。本文基于社会认同理论与社会情境理论,构建了一个有调节的中介作用模型来探究授权型领导对员工创新行为的影响机制。研究结果表明:授权型领导正向影响员工创新行为;组织认同部分中介授权型领导与员工创新间的关系;组织支持氛围在授权型领导与组织认同的关系间起正向调节作用。Leadership style is one of the key external factors to effectively stimulate employees’ innovative behavior. Based on social identity theory and social situation theory, this paper constructs a moderated mediating role model to explore the mechanism of empowering leadership’s influence on employee innovation behavior. The results show that empowering leadership positively affects employees’ innovation behavior;The organization recognizes the relationship between the intermediate-empowered leadership and employee innovation. Organizational supportive climate plays a positive moderating role in the relationship between empowering leadership and organizational identity.
