摘 要:在“大众创业万众创新”的大背景下,对作为未来教师储备力量、承担着育人职能的师范生群体的创新素养有了更高要求。为此,师范院校不仅要重视师范生专业知识与技能的培养,更要重视学生科学技术和创新素养的培养,使其具备创新意识和创新精神、具备创新能力和实践能力,并将其运用到未来的教学实践当中。在小学教育专业数学师范生的培养过程中,要从课程、项目、竞赛、评价几个方面入手,培养小学教育专业数学师范生的创新意识、创新能力和创新素养。In the context of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”, there are higher requirements for the innovative literacy of the teacher training student group, which serves as a reserve force for future teachers and undertakes the function of educating students.
