摘 要:为了探究与解决高中生自习中纪律管理难的问题,本文通过观察法、访谈法,基于社会学、管理学、生态学理论内容,对我国高中生自习中的纪律管理问题以及问题产生的原因与对策进行内在整体分析。研究发现:在学校层面,缺乏科学的学生管理制度、校园文化环境建设方面有待提高、有关管理教育资源匮乏;在教师层面,管理素养与能力有限、师生关系不协调,缺少有效沟通;在学生层面,年龄阶段身心特点的正常表现、身心需求没有得到满足、同辈群体相互影响造成纪律管理难的问题并提出相应的解决对策。In order to explore and solve the problem of difficult discipline management in high school students’ self-study, through the observation method and interview method, based on the theory of sociology, management and ecology, the discipline management problems in the self-study and the causes and countermeasures of the problems are analyzed. The study shows that, at the school level, there is no scientific student management system, campus cultural environment construction, limited management education resources, limited management literacy and ability, uncoordinated relationship and effective communication;at the level of students, the normal performance of the physical and mental characteristics of the age stage, the physical and mental needs are not met, and the mutual influence of peer groups leads to the difficulty of discipline management, and corresponding solutions are put forward.
