摘  要:军事职业教育是军事人才“三位一体”培养体系的重要组成部分,是素质教育在军事领域的重要实现途径。激励机制是撬动职业教育的有力杠杆,是提高军事职业教育质效的关键所在。通过分析影响官兵学习动力的内部和外部因素及目前学习过程中存在的矛盾问题,研究者从学习内容、学习过程、学习环境、学习结果四个方面构建动力激励机制,最大限度调动军队人员参与军事职业教育的积极性、主动性。Military professional education is an important part of the “three-in-one” training system for military talents, and an important way to realize quality education in the military field. Incentive mechanism is a powerful lever to pry the professional education, and it is the key to improve the quality and efficiency of military professional education. By analyzing the internal and external factors affecting the learning motivation of officers and soldiers and the contradictory problems existing in the current learning process, the motivation incentive mechanism is constructed from four aspects, namely, learning content, learning process, learning environment, and learning results, so as to maximize the mobilization of military personnel to participate in the positivity and initiative of military professional education.
