新课程改革背景下高中英语阅读教学课堂改革实践探究——以Unit 3“Like Father, Like Son”为例

摘  要:根据新课程改革的精神要求,高中英语教师应该积极转变教学理念和教学方法,从以教师为主体转变为以学生为主体,从语言知识的单一教学转变为学科核心素养的整体多元化教学。笔者以外研社新教材必修一Unit 3的阅读文本Like Father,Like Son为例,论述目前阅读教学存在的问题以及改进方案。顺应当下新课程改革的新要求,通过优化教学目标、教学步骤、教学评价等方面,构建高效的英语课堂阅读教学模式。In accordance with the spirit and requirements of the new curriculum reform, high school English teachers should actively change their teaching philosophies and methodologies. This shift involves moving away from a teacher-centered approach to a student-centered one, and transitioning from the sole focus on language knowledge to a holistic and diversified emphasis on cultivating the core competencies of the discipline. Utilizing the reading text “Like Father, Like Son” from the compulsory textbook Unit 3 published by Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press as an example, this article discusses the current issues in reading instruction and proposes improvement strategies. Aligning with the new demands of the current curriculum reform, an efficient English classroom reading teaching model is constructed by optimizing teaching objectives, teaching steps, and teaching evaluation.
