积极心理学视野之下高职新生乐观人格发展的访谈模式构建

摘　　要：积极心理学视野之下高职新生乐观发展的访谈模式的构建需要进行多方面的考量,本文依据积极心理学指引之下的高校新生的访谈模式的构建提出了以下三个路径,认为首先应该简化提问环节,同时重视学生个人的表达,第三要强调乐观精神的正确灌输,本文意在通过有益的探索和讨论,为推进积极心理学视野之下高职院校新生的健康成长作出应有的贡献。Under the view of positive psychology, the development of the construction of higher vocational freshmen optimistic interview mode needs more consideration, on the basis of college students under the guidance of the positive psychology interview mode, this paper puts forward the following three paths, think we should simplify questions, emphasize expression of individual students, emphasizing the spirit of optimism, the beneficial exploration and discussion, make a contribution to the healthy growth of college students.
