采用MMS-300热模拟实验机对20Cr Ni2Mo轴承钢进行控轧控冷工艺热模拟试验,分析不同终轧温度、冷却速度对组织的影响。结果表明,终轧温度每提高50℃,铁素体体积分数约降低9%;在相变区随着冷却速度提高,可有效控制减小铁素体体积分数。
