在鄂西神农架发现了1个报春花科报春属湖北省新分布种——川东灯台报春(Primula mallophylla)。根据川东灯台报春神农架种群个体形态特征进行了补充描述,介绍了其生境特征。对这个极危种的濒危原因进行了初步分析,提出了加强保护的建议。
